Our terms & conditions are in place to ensure every transaction between MedSpares and our customers is satisfactory for all parties involved. 

These parts have been carefully acquired and stripped down from fully functioning systems. This allows us to provide used spare parts for a fraction of OEM spare part price. The parts are handled using correct safe practices by following ESD safety guidelines. They are then inspected, tested where possible and stored. These procedures are in place to ensure the quality of each used spare part we supply, however some cosmetic wear and tear is unavoidable.

No orders will be shipped until full payment has been received. We accept all major credit card, as well as wire transfer payments. We do not accept VISA Debit payments. In the case of using American Express credit card, charges will be made in Canadian funds at the current and up to date exchange rate.
